Intermittent Fasting Week 1

The first week is always the hardest. I lost only 600 grams. I did not maintain my fast on Sunday. On Tuesday I just could not keep it. Monday went well and so did Thursday. The other days I ate too much especially sweets. I have started Deep Water Aqua Aerobics. It is the first time I have tried it and I like it. I guess it is a good thing that most of the body movements are under water. Due to this no one can see my movements. I am sure my aerobic movements is anything but graceful. I tried Body Combat but I do not think it is for me. I do have to increase the amount I walk.

I have started this week well. I hope I will be able to lose about 1.5 kilos. After my exercise I usually have a bit of plain roasted chicken or a piece of Bresaola. This is only if my exercise period is in my eight hour window when I can eat.

I have a sweet tooth. I think that is what my body is craving for the most. For dinner I usually have a probiotic berry yoghurt along with blueberries. Though I must confess that the chocolate and caramel cheesecake is extremely tempting and I have been nibbling at it albeit during my eight hour window. I am feeling positive about this week. I hope it goes well.
